On September 22, 2024, ZABIDA Housing Administrator Ms. Jesamine Pollisco and Housing Assistant Ms. Jocelyn Bello conducted monitoring visits to partner communities involved in ZABIDAโs housing projects. Key highlights are the following:

The K4 Housing Community in Barangay Sinunuc held a General Assembly led by its community officers. During the assembly, significant updates were shared regarding the community development plan. The discussion focused on preparations for the upcoming community fiesta and the presentation of the communityโs financial report, along with updates on various ongoing projects.

The K5 Housing Community has been actively participating in new initiatives, particularly following the creation of a religious committee led by Ms. Roquisa Resor, in collaboration with the Couples for Christ (CFC) West Chapter under San Roque Parish Church. The K5 community received generous financial support from CFC members, amounting to P46,500.00, which is being used to renovate the unfinished multipurpose hall. This hall will serve as a vital worship venue for the Barangay Malagutay community. The community members also offers free skilled labor, contributing to the rebuilding of the Multipurpose Hall.

A PAKAZA Federation meeting was held at the Kaayuhan Housing Community to discuss the upcoming Bloodletting Activity, scheduled for September 29, 2024, at Katiligban (K1) in Barangay Sinunuc. During the meeting, the federation also reviewed its bylaws and operational strategies.
The ZABIDA Housing Communities initiative is a key component of the Convenio 2 and 3 Projects, which are supported by AECID and Manos Unidas. These projects promotes community development, resilience and human security.
