On Aug 23, 2022, a short meeting and site inspection was conducted in barangay Lamisahan led by Hon. Ramilliano, punong barangay together with co-chair on BDRRMC Kagawad Jovelina Francisco, technical working group representative for brgy lamisahan under the Alianza De Costa Este.

This activity is in preparation for their proposed project for implementation on strengthening their Barangay DRRM Committee through prevention and mitigation, response to potential threats and risk for the community considering peace and security at the same time promotion of environmental action.

This was accompanied and in collaboration with the Office of the City Engineers through representative Engr. Joel Locson.

The Alianza de Costa Este (ACE) is comprised of 9 barangays: Guisao, Lapakan, Lamisahan, Manicahan, Sangali, Bolong, Bunguiao, Dulian-Bunguiao, and Victoria. It was established this year 2022 and reasons for collaboration, due to common challenge on disaster and environmental concerns considering they share trans-bounderies. This effort was achieved through the Convenio 3 project supported by AECID and Manos Unidas.
